Simply put, The Brick Side is a family-friendly webcomic built with LEGO bricks.
Why “The Brick Side?“
I’ve always wanted to make a comic strip, and the world wide web, combined with my love for LEGO, gives me that opportunity.
The basic idea of this web comic is The Far Side meets LEGO; hilarity ensues. My favorite comic strips growing up were The Far Side and Calvin and Hobbes. I’ve always tried to look for the humor in everything in life. There are so many bright sides. Since I am also a big LEGO lover, it only seemed natural to extend that into my web comic.
I am certainly not the first person to create a LEGO-based web comic, and I won’t be the last. But I feel that I have a particular spin on things that most folks, whether they are LEGO-lovers or not, will enjoy.
Some of the comics may make sense only to die-hard LEGO fans. I will usually try to include an explanation for “the rest of you” when those occur. 
But, for the most part, the comic will be an interesting juxtaposition of the encounter between something LEGO-based and then something in the real world.
